At Meloura Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to support your hair care routine. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at curls@melourahair.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Order cancellation before shipment
• Verified damaged or incorrect items

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

All products are considered final sale once opened.
